Investment
South Lombok,
on a quiet horizon.
Why now
The next island,
read carefully.
Tampah Fields sits above the ricefields on the slope of a mountain, ten minutes on foot from Tampah Bay. Elevation, not frontage. Quiet, not centrality. A view of paddies and distant sea rather than a strip of sand.
South Lombok is where Bali was twenty years ago. International tourism is now established. Infrastructure has caught up: the Mandalika circuit, an expanded airport, sealed coastal roads, fibre.
Land remains a fraction of comparable Bali pricing. The architectural brief is still being written. The window is open, narrowly.
The opportunity
What we believe.
01
Location thesis
Tampah Bay sits within South Lombok's protected coastal corridor — a sequence of small bays sheltered by headlands, west-facing for sunset, with sealed road access and grid power.
The bay itself is unbuilt. Surrounding villages remain working communities, not tourist clusters.
02
Ownership structure
Foreign ownership of villas in Indonesia is structured through a PT PMA (foreign-owned company) holding a long-term Hak Pakai title, or through leasehold arrangements running 25–80 years.
South works with established Indonesian legal counsel on every transaction. The brochure outlines the framework in detail; specifics are walked through case by case.
